When you first visit, we ask whether you're happy for us to use analytics cookies. They're off unless you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

• ns_consent, set by us for 6 months: remembers your cookie choice, so we don't ask on every page. Always set.
• _ga and _ga_*, set by Google Analytics for up to 2 years: count visits and how people find and use the site. Only if you accept analytics.
• _clck, _clsk and CLID, set by Microsoft Clarity for up to a year: show how pages are used (clicks and scrolling) so we can improve them. Only if you accept analytics.

We don't use advertising cookies.

In your client portal

If you're a client and sign in to your portal, we set one cookie, ns-portal, that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It's needed for the portal to work, so it doesn't need your consent. It holds no information beyond who's signed in.

Booking a call

The calendar you book a call through is part of our own system and doesn't set any cookies.
